It has been scientifically proven that alpha and theta waves are active in our brains during a nap, and they also work during creativity training. This is when you let your mind work effectively when you rest. Remember when Newton discovered the law of gravitation? Resting in the orchard, not in the library or at work.
The biological clock doesn’t lie
You probably get tired during the day and want to sleep but go for a coffee instead. It is natural to suffer a drop in energy between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. because that is how our biological clock functions.
